By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service
We provide chimney, dryer vent, air duct, and related cleaning services at your specified location.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for bookings.
- Ensure safe access to your premises.
- Follow any pre-service instructions (e.g., keeping the area accessible).
3. Subscription & Payments
- Our services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Payments will be auto-deducted as per your selected plan.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date via the app.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel a booked service up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
5. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide high-quality services but are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Damage resulting from misuse of our app or services beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey/USA.
Payment Terms – Subscription Model
- Subscription fees will be charged automatically on the due date.
- You authorize us to store your payment method for recurring payments.
- You can update payment details in the app.
- If a payment fails, we may retry or suspend services until resolved.
- You can cancel anytime; service will continue until the end of the paid period.
